Hi, I’m Eshank.
I’m studying a Master of Business Analytics at the University of Western Australia, after completing a degree in Computer Science and Engineering at DIT University in Dehradun.
That combination shapes how I work. I enjoy understanding the technical detail, and I’m equally interested in what the result means for the people using it.
Finding my direction
My internships at RSM Australia and the WA Department of Communities have helped me connect my studies with real business questions. I’ve worked on dashboards, reviewed data and learned how much a report improves when you listen to feedback.
I’m working towards a career in analytics and consulting, where I can combine data skills with communication, teamwork and practical problem-solving.
How I’m growing
I’m building confidence in understanding requirements, communicating with stakeholders and taking more ownership of project delivery. Each project is an opportunity to improve both the analysis and the way I explain it.
